Quran Halaqa at MCE

Assalamu Allaikum Wa Rahmatallahi Wa Baraktu!

Alhamdulilah, there is a Quran Halaqa setup in the MCE Mosque in an effort to teach those who want to learn how to properly recite the Quran and also to expand on memorizing the words of Allah Ta’la.

The Halaqa focuses more on memorization, and is lead by Shiekh Alaa Eddeen (the Imam of the MCE Mosque).

When: Every Sunday After FAJR Prayer

Aa’ishah, may Allah be pleased with her, relates that the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam) said: “Verily the one who recites the Qur’an beautifully, smoothly, and precisely, he will be in the company of the noble and obedient angels. And as for the one who recites with difficulty, stammering or stumbling through its verses, then he will have TWICE that reward.” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
